Our therapy includes the use of Functional Assessment, Verbal Behaviour techniques, PRT, NET, DTT. We assess and plan social and play groups and teach play skills on a one to one basis. We put in place toilet training protocols, feeding programs and desensitisation programs.

We administer problem behaviour reduction plans and endeavour to increase functional communication behaviours. We put a high emphasis on teaching social skills, friendship skills, emotional regulation, fine and gross motor skills as well as academic skills in preparation for school inclusion.

Laila herself also has a Certificate in CBT/REBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy) and has had initial training in Social Thinking in autism from Michelle Garcia Winner.
